The text of the GLSO’s official Human Rights Commission complaint against Hands On Originals is now available.
A representative of the GLSO met with an investigator from the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission today, and signed the official complaint against Hands On Originals. The text is available here. (Note: the phone number redacted is the cellphone of the GLSO president.)
Once they are served with a copy of this complaint, Hands On Originals will have 10 days to answer and/or defend their position. After that, the GLSO will be given an opportunity for rebuttal. At that point, an investigator from the HRC will be assigned to conduct a full investigation.
Visit the GLSO and Pride Festival websites for more information as it becomes available. Thank you for all the community support.
